Typically a person starts a "Home" search some time after school/college has been completed. Depending on circumstances, it could be a rental or possible an entry level purchase. Then as your income rises and your household#'s increase, a larger home is needed.
Eventually you may want to down size because you have retired and your need for a large home has lessened or your interest in the maintenance work which comes with home ownership my decrease. I want to be your Realtor for Life. I care about your first "home" and I CARE all the way through your "homes" until I see you into your retirement residence. You need a Realtor who will not only CARE but LISTEN to your Goals, Needs and Dreams.
I want to explain all of the options available to you. I want you to know that when your mortgage consultant determines the purchase amount you qualify for, what that amount will buy in different areas, so that you have knowledge of other areas before you make YOUR decision on the location of your new home. Everyone has different wants/needs and the "area" you select is important, because YOU are going to live there. |

Too often I see people who are living in one area and are sorry that they never considered any other areas and are sad that they hadn't done a little more research about where they wanted to live. I provide you with a system to let you search for YOUR best area.
If you are interested in a NEW home, I will be there with you for that process. You need someone on your side and the builder is on His side. It can be very frustrating to say the least having to make so many decisions and make sure the house you want is the one they are going to build.
Today with all of the technology, it is easy to get caught up in doing things in our life ON LINE. But generally speaking a "home" purchase is a person's largest investment. We need a Dr. to care for our health, a Dentist to care for our teeth, and a Realtor to help with our Housing Purchases/Sales.
I want to have the opportunity to work with you and see your smile at settlement when I can say Congratulations on your new home or if you are Selling your home, Congratulations and Good Luck with your move.
Your Realtor for Life,
Karen Brown
